Bex strives to provide delicious animal-free, added sugar free, plant-based ice cream that is better for both you and the environment.
Rebecca has been a home baker and ice cream enthusiast for years. She is driven by her passion for nutritional wellness, devotion to sustainability, and disdain for lengthy ingredient lists.

She painstakingly perfected her concoctions by eating a lot of plant-based ice cream and bothering her roommates with her noisy food processor.

Hundreds of bananas later, the Bex cart made its debut appearance at the Haymaker Farmers' Market in June 2021.
