What is plant-based ice cream?
Ice cream made from plants, of course! All of our sandwiches are crafted using our signature blended banana base and crusts made from nuts or oats for a 100% vegan treat.
Are any of your sandwiches nut free?
Yes! The Bex cart always has at least one nut free flavor available. We do our best to avoid cross contamination during production, but we use the same equipment for all flavors so we cannot guarantee there are zero nut particles in the sandwiches.
What flavors are gluten-free?
All of them! None of our flavors are made with ingredients containing gluten or soy. However, our sandwiches are made in a shared community kitchen where gluten-filled items are also produced.
